IDEAL CANDIDATE:

university degree in finance - accounting or business
work experience in financial - accounting or business: 1 to 2 years
good knowledge of financial legislation - in force and the accounting standards in the field
computer skills: Windows, MS Office, SQL Query, Internet
communication skills and working with beneficiaries
both independent and team work skills - support work at the beneficiaries, located in Bucharest and throughout the country
knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
self-starter, conscientious, well-organized, determined, serious
presentable, communicative
knowledge and experience in the use / implementation of integrated business management system (ERP) is an advantage

REQUIREMENTS:

Provision of advisory services and technical support after implementation - implementing financial packages - commercial accounting and ERP products developed by leading global ERP market, company INFOR / Baan.

Types of services:
- o system analysis and establish a business model (informational)
- developing the programming specifications
- demonstration / case studies / simulations with ERP products
- documentation implementation / training / procedures for use
- trainig beneficiaries in the use of ERP products
- recommendation on data encryption
- parameterization of ERP systems to ensure customer requirements
- assistance in data migration / conversion
- technical support help-desk type or on-site for using the implemented ERP system
Participate in pre-sales through:
- presentation of the products to potential beneficiaries, seminars and conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions
- offer a drafting responses to requirements specified by the potential beneficiaries
- achievement and presentation of case studies for potential beneficiaries
Collaborate with software developers by making adaptation specifications, location or development of ERP products. Test programs made by programmers.
