Real-time Monitoring of Locomotive Fleet

TrackView application is used for real-time monitoring of locomotives in rail transport. The solution was developed by combining location technologies (GPS) with real-time data transmission via mobile network (GSM) and by aggregating and presenting information on a GIS platform.

TrackView provides the rail carrier with a monitoring application that has been designed to track the fleet of vehicles (locomotives) in real-time and to graphically visualize the tracking on the railway network map used by the carrier.

The solution provides both real-time telemetry data reporting from each monitored vehicle and a suite of analysis reports useful in monitoring activities, cost control and optimizing the routes. In addition, you can use several operators simultaneously in different locations, allowing distribution of the monitoring activities.
